Alec Prinze is a Wealth Advisor who specializes in comprehensive wealth management for business owners, corporate executives, retirees, and healthcare professionals. His patience and empathy help build strong professional relationships, and clients appreciate his responsiveness and willingness to go the extra mile.

As a Certified Financial Planner®, Alec is well-versed in tax-efficient investing, business exit plans, risk hedging, and retirement planning. He understands that family wealth is often concentrated in a single stock, inherited or earned during a successful business career. Alec provides strategies to hedge, monetize, diversify, or transfer these positions while managing tax implications.

In 2022, Alec founded Prinze Foundational Planning and partnered with Raymond James to offer a robust suite of wealth management tools and services. Valuing independence, Alec ensures that he and his staff are free from sales quotas and proprietary products, always putting clients' best interests first.

Previously, Alec was a financial advisor at Edward Jones and a derivatives operations specialist at State Street Bank & Trust. Before entering financial services, he was the operations manager for a local winery and served four years in the United States Marine Corps as a corporal and field artillery cannoneer.

Alec holds a Bachelor of Science degree in international business from California State University, Sacramento. Originally from Stockton, California, he now resides in the Greater Sacramento region with his family.

Alec is an avid wine and culinary enthusiast, enjoys building large Lego models with his kids, and is fascinated by the development processes of movies and video games. He describes himself as a huge nerd and loves creating things with his family, watching their collaborative work bring something new to life. Alec also enjoys peaceful times on the water and taking family trips to various destinations.
